Turmeric has become a popular herbal supplement due to the potent antioxidant in turmeric!! It is also a popular spice used in curry dishes and has been for years. It is an all natural spice, that you can take in a capsule form now!! Or as some of you have asked me, can you open the capsule to add to your foods!! So I ask the company and they said yes!! So that is good for people who have problems swallowing pills. But there are many healthy benefits to start including turmeric in your everyday supplements!! I am huge fan of adding turmeric spice to all my foods. True it can stain things but it is easy to wash it off you pans and plates etc. Hey there are many who brush their teeth with Turmeric!! And it does not stain teeth :) It actually take stains away from their teeth, Who knew that?? So I have been told, Personally I have not tried that yet!! But when taking in a capsule you don't have to worry about that. I personally am fine with either way. If you have inflammation or arthritis, or any tummy problems etc, In my opinion Turmeric should be included in everyone diet. There are many health benefits to turmeric!! There are to many to list them all here!!  I make a tea with ginger and lemon and turmeric. With wild honey and some cinnamon, and I am happy to say I have not gotten the flu or cold for 2 years now!! And I am asthma free for 2 years now!! I used to have asthma so bad I couldn't even breath, Asthma is so freaking scary, I got very tired of my asthma Dr aways putting me on more medicine and puffers. All they did was give me freaking headaches!! So I decide two years a go to start adding turmeric and wild honey in my diet!! I know longer go to the asthma Dr. Yay and Yay again!! But the best thing is there are tons of benefits you get with turmeric!! From more energy to clearer skin!! To just being healthy and fit all around!! Just google what turmeric pills and spice have to offer for healthy living!! Start your Turmeric today!!
