Eucalyptus essential Oil, is often seen in a variety of over the counter drugs including rubs, inhalers, liniments, rash creams, and mouthwashes etc. This oil is Great use for a natural approach for Asthma, trust me if you have asthma, you want a quick solution to breath better. I use this all the time. I love the smell of eucalyptus essential oil. You can also massage like 1-3 drops onto your chest and the soothing effect of the aroma and vapors will calm the throat and dilate the blood vessels, making it easier for breathing. Yay!! It is amazing how this helps. Asthma is so freaking scaring to me, when you can't breath right!! I used to use all the mends the Dr gave me, puffers etc. they would just give me the worse bad headache!! So I though I have to try something natural, So I did two things. I started using local wild honey. And making these cubes!! I make my own Shower cubes with this amazing Eucalyptus essential Oil, Baking soda, Water, eucalyptus Oil, muffin silicons pan, I place all that over night in the silicone muffin molds!! And then in the morning. I taken them out of the silicone muffin pan! and store them in my favorite glass mason jars!! So if someone in the family wants them they are ready. I make this type mainly for cold and flu season. But if you just want say a summer spa citrus smell for your shower you can also make them with any essential Oils. They last a very long time in the jars. I label them with whatever essential oils are in them!! But of course you can use essential Oils for many uses. I personally really like this companies!!
