Nice waist belts, Stay put when adjusted to your waist as long as you have it tight enough around your waist. You can wear it over your clothes, yoga wear, running shorts, leggjngs etc... You can wear it lower around your hips but it may bounce around there more!! My iPhone 6 in the zipper pouch worked great!! and I even have a battery case on my iPhone 6, the material is nice and comfy!! Plus you get three different colored belts. Nice plus there..
