Betty Lou's Heathy snacks
OMG, Have you heard of this amazing company, Called Betty Lou's, I was so impressed with the ingredients and all the flavor these snacks had in them. I am all about healthy alternative snacks and foods. Cutting out processed sugars. I have always used local raw honey for coffee teas, baking etc. As far as Gluten free products, I have never really been a big fan of them. Let me tell you why, Its because I have always found them to be on the dry side. Having said that. I was very impressed with Betty Lou's products I received. I didn't find them to be dry at all. She makes this gluten free organic bars, That lets just say blew me away, I haven't stop talking about these since they came to my house, My kids loved them all. And the best news is they are Healthy, Fruits and veggies come on it doesn't get any better than Betty Lou's, I was like where has this company been all my life, I am a huge fan of her companies products seriously. Today we still make Nut Butter Balls as well as our very popular layered Fruit Bars, Powdered Peanut Butter (with 85% less fat than regular peanut butter!), Low Glycemic Protein Shakes, Cookies and a line of Organic Just Great Stuff Bars that contain interesting, whole food ingredients... like organic cacao nibs, freeze-dried acai and raspberries, goji berries, mangoes, bananas and even freeze-dried spinach, kale and broccoli sprouts.
