The quality of these bras NIGHTLIFT is very comfortable and made to last.. This Bra is not binding in anyway, It has no pads or wire in it... you almost forget you have a bra on, It is that comfortable. Sizes seem to be true to size. This NIGHTLIFT bra is made for support while you sleep, I personally like sleeping with some type of bra on, I need the support on my left rib that has been injured. I would have to say it certainly lives up to its claims, My rib feels great with this NIGHTLIFT Bra, It takes the weight off the breast, from laying on the rib all night long. Those J hooks work great for the support, So if it can do that for my issue, you know it is giving you good support on the girls. Works for me, I even wore it the gym, I haven
