Now what I liked about this Stainless Steel earth pan was of course the non stick and the stainless steel, but what I found I really liked was the deepness of the pan itself making it so easy to saute my foods, I really liked I could load the pan up with veggies and chicken and make a stir fry meal,It didn't stick at all it cleans up very easy, you should do this to all pans that are new is to season them first that perfects the cooking area!! having the Stainless Steel Bottom on the Pan helps to heat the pan to an even heat, and its without the harmful chemicals like most traditional cookware it is safe for the environment and for that reason alone you will feel safe serving your family meals cooked in it I know I do, Enjoy the
