I would have to say I was very impressed with this glassticwaterbottle water-bottle It is well made the durability of this glassticwaterbottle is worry free from glass breaking!! And I don't know about you but sometimes Plastic water bottle taste nasty, Not the case with a Clean glassicwaterbottle No more bad taste. 

This product is durable but hey I wouldn't go around dropping it everywhere that's a No brainier lol  

In the event the product is broken, do you feel ok with letting it drain in a sink or garbage before removing the base and cap and using the cap to help push the glass out of the shell and into the garbage?  We charge $7.99 for replacement glass inserts if people contact us, this charge covers both shipping and the replacement.  We hope this creates an incentive to continue to reuse the product even if the initial glass insert is broken.  The intention is to reduce single-use bottled water usage and encourage reuse...
