This is very well made with a great amount of support, I like how it makes your back feel, you also are getting a health benefit from this Dr Kays Back Brace it makes your poster a lot better sitting and standing!! It almost the same effect I feel like when I reviewed the Corset, The steel spine support gives this a high quality Back Brace in my opinion. I like that the Velcro is strong enough for any kind of movement. Dr Kays Back Brace comes complete even with a lumbar to add on. Now personally I like that, I always have the lumbar in my car on!!

So this helps a lot when I am not using my car lumbar. I find it to be easy to use and comfy to wear as seen above in my pics!! Sitting down or walking works great for me. I also like they gave a zipper plastic bag to store it in that always nice to have a place to store in when not using.
