This Garnier BB cream to me acts better as a Tinted Moisturizer. Because I find it is great for a sheer coverage but not great as a BB cream, Having said that I would recommend it, #1 It's a great price & it also is a moisturizing Foundation & it comes in a nice size flip cap bottle.
