Superb skin moisturizer and helps to prevent wrinkles, And I like that it is non greasy, I love coconut oil but it can get everything oily, But not with using Fractionated Coconut Oil, Completely flavorless and scentless. I liked I can use it as an all over body lotion when I get out of the shower and not worry about getting my clothes greasy and stained up with oils. That is one reason I don't use the traditionally Coconut oils in the winter months, Summer Time I don't care I am usually out side in shorts or swimwear etc. So this works great it has a nice non greasy moisturizer for all over body use, And I liked being able to apply to my hair without the oily look, heck yea!! Since it is thinner than unrefined coconut oil, it is an excellent oil for use in massage as well. It is also very useful as a carrier oil in aromatherapy products so you can add your essential oils, In addition, it is practically odorless and tasteless and can withstand very high heat, so is ideal for use in cooking. Now I personally would not use it much for cooking, It can be used for cooking!! But keep in mind of the saturated fat content. So I would say moderation in using it to cook with, But for all other uses as mentioned above, and more DIY for the Skin and hair I would say this is an must have for using coconut oil. I can see me making many facial mask, facial wipes and hair conditioner etc. and for the amount of product you get it will last you awhile with this product.
