Nothing is better than Dead Sea Mud Mask especially with all the health benefits to using them, All natural and organic, Not to mention how soft and clean and healthy your skin will be, Did you know you can make your own DIY mud mask, But you also can use adovia mud mask by itself, or add your own DIY Ingredients I like to do that lol :) and that is exactly what I did, One night I used these ingredients and they made an amazing mud mask. Here is the recipe for it :)
1 tablespoon Mud Mask 1/1/2 teaspoons Coconut Oil 5 drops Lavender essential Oil, I also added 5 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil.. In a small bowl, I combine the adovia Mud Mask and Coconut Oil. Mix well to combine, then add the Essential Oils and mix again. Apply it liberally to moistened skin, avoiding your eyes, nose, and lips. Then relax for a good 10 to 20 minutes. Rinse the mask away off, and follow with your favorite moisturizer. Mud masks detoxify and cleanse the pores on the skin, and allow them to breathe. Mud masks has a tightening effect on the skin, thus reducing fine lines and wrinkles, and are good anti-ageing Skin Care, Your texture is improved on your skin!! The masks take away all the bacteria and dead Skin cells,  Mud masks can be used on the body also, and not just the face. It is a powerful cleanser for the body, I am sure you have heard of Mud Bath Spas, I have a lot of them here and they are very popular for detoxing the skin and helping the pores.
