It’s very easy peasy to us. it is machine washable, The fabric is 92% Nylon and 8% Spandex, The Nylon fabric tends to get a bit itchy. However this would have worked better if it was made longer in the back area in our opinion. It does roll up after awhile. There is no adjustment on this Bump Tube, However for the price point of this Bump Tube. It does do a alright job for some support. Comes in a variety of sizes for you. Stretches in the belly area
