They completely Non- Stick, that hopefully will continue to last throughout the heavy duty cooking we do.. Time will tell, The Stainless Steel cookware set has a nice touch to it with the Honey Comb Look. Please, Note the Honey Comb is Not inside the pots, just the frying pans. I totally plan on using these a lot... I Use only plastic, silicone, or wooden utensils I do avoid metal, which can scratch the coating on any Cookware sets. I Hand wash rather than dishwasher -though it's labeled dishwasher-safe, hand washing extends coating life in my opinion... I also do avoid high heat... and also any type of metal scouring pads in my pots and Pans Sets, these are a High Quality Pan set, Comes with nice matching cooking utensils. Good quality and Good price point.
