The light is soft white and brighter than the ones I have always purchased as they are a dull yellow and this is a nice bright white Led light!! These help light the hall way and the bathroom up!! Without having to turn on lights and wake family members up!!! and save on electricity!! My house is very dark at night. So these Led motion sensor light help a lot. To light the path ways. The nice thing is they turn themselves off in a few Min's. No electricity needed they run on a small 2- CR-2032 batteries!! That by the way are included in the box!! I really like the motion activated detector that these light have and the sleek design of them. and they are very easy peasy to use. They come with everything you need, and they work as soon as you take them out!! You can just turn them on or off. Or you can use the auto setting.
