These ties are 100% woven polyester microfiber which most people confuse for silk neckwear to touch or by sight, but are more durable and much less sxpensive (who wouldn't prefer to buy on sale?). Woven poly neck ties also have more broad washing and care instructions, without necessarily having to dryclean the neck wear.
