I am firm believer everyone should be having these in their daily meals, Health benefits to just throwing these into some Greek yogurt, I used these Raw Chia Seed to make homemade Granola bars and some muffins!! This is very easy peasy to use!! Place a stopper into the top of your wine bottle, Hint, rub a bit of water on the stopper and it will be easier to insert in Wine bottle!! I learned that because I noticed as I washed them it worked better to insert them, To have the stopper a little wet helps!! and then all you have to do is hold the bottom of the pump on top of the stopper, and pull the handle up and down. Pumping action it will start to suck out all the air by creating a vacuum seal and preserving your wine until you are ready to open it again!! Just press the release button on the stopper, and you will hear the air pressure release!! The stopper easily comes off!! So very easy peasy to use and very useful for saving your wine.
