I have been trying to get my family to take vitamins for awhile now!!  but have been unsuccessful. Either the hard chewable were undesirable in taste or the gummy vitamins lacked taste etc. I was happy and surprised to see that these gummy vitamins had a decent amount of nutritional value! and tasted good!! and both my hubby and daughters liked the taste enough to take them without any complaining yay!! and they don't need to swallow them. Big plus there. Because my daughters hate swallowing big vitamin pills. They can simply chew these gummies. Win win for everyone!! They are getting their vitamin In daily now!! and I don't have to constantly tell them everyday to take there vitamins. Plus flu season is on its way! So getting there vitamins in makes me happy!!
