To me steaming my veggies and other foods is the best way to keep the vitamins and all the nutrients in your foods! and trust me if more people did it this way they would be a lot more healthier, by keeping the vitamins in their foods.
Because microwaves and other methods do not save those precious vitamins and nutrients! We eat veggies to get all that, Right?
