Diy Natural Recipe Flu Season Tea:
Flu season is a hard time for many people, So I thought I would share my all natural homemade recipe again, That I came up with myself... Stay healthy.
That has helped to make the sore throat, Coughing go away, not to mention the aches and pains!! This tea will build up your immune system fast..... Hope you try it and enjoy it. I have been making this Flu Tea for the family on a yearly basis, We rarely get sick anymore, and if we do it doesn't last long, I personally like the flavor of the Tea.

Diy Natural Recipe flu season Ginger Tea, or anytime tea.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of water
- 1 to 2-inch sliced pieces of ginger
- 1-2 slices of lemon
- 2 tablespoonfuls of apple cider vinegar, one with the Mother
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1 clove of garlic. Chopped up
- 1 half orange, or real orange juice
Instructions
- Combine the ginger, lemon and all the other above ingredients,, In water in a saucepan or small pot on the stove.
- Bring to a boil with high heat.
- Once the tea is boiling, reduce the heat down to a low simmer.
- Simmer for a few minutes.
- Remove from stove with lid on pot, and allow it to cool slightly.
- Remove lemon and ginger and other ingredients. I just strain mine into a mason jar, and refrigerator, what I don’t use. And just reheat it when I want my tea.
- Pour into a mug and enjoy anytime!!
- Really helps congestion and sore throats.
Notes
Use organic raw honey for additional sweetness. Or store bought honey that is organic, or buckwheat honey, or good Manuka is even better, if you use Manuka Honey UMF 10 + and over, High MGO
