Stop struggling to locate the edge of the tape!
Move Roll Ranger along the surface of a tape roll. When the sensor reaches the lost edge of the tape, the LED indicator light will turn on.
Use the scraper tool to lift the edge and separate the tape from the roll without splitting. easy peasy to use!!
Sensor should be placed flat against the roll.
Hold the sides to make this easier.
Rotate the roll
Edge of tape will be in line with the LED light
Sensor will active only when passing edge in one direction. This tells you which direction to push the scraper. Scrape in direction tool was moving when sensor activated.
You may hear a 'click' when edge is found.
Tip: Practice on a roll that you know where the edge is
