The beauty of this Cupping device is that the control is all in your hands. There are a variety of settings that you can customize suited to the preference of your body and tolerance of your own pain levels. And if you never done cupping before, it will leave red marks temporarily on your skin. The marks are simply a result of blood flow to the area and toxins being cleared away. They will fade away after treatment, with duration depending on intensity. Seriously, they clear up fast How often should you use it? That depends on your tolerance and time, I usually use mine 5-10 minute sessions, wait at least 4 days between cupping treatments. In my opinion this is well designed Cupping device, and it comes with an essential oil for your treatments, if you choose to use it, and Yes, it can be charged via any micro-USB cable.
