The ingredient's seems to be very nice having Omega 3,6,9, with peptides & epidermal growth factor anything that can stimulate collagen to build and grow with some added natural ingredients are always a big plus factor,  As we start to age our Collagen breaks down creating the fine lines and wrinkles, So using a good Moisturizer is very important to keep the skin plump and youthful!! There is however an ingredient in this product that I am not a fan of, and that is parabens now I realize they use these as a preservative, But there are far better preservatives that are all natural and organic. And I have studied a lot on side of affects of Parabens and I think you should use with caution. Having said that I do like the product. it does have some benefits to using it. I just hope they could get rite of the Parabens.

Here is the recipe for it :) 1 tablespoon Mud Mask 1/1/2 teaspoons Coconut Oil 5 drops Lavender essential Oil, I also added 5 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil..
