The lavender oil is 100% pure and smells really great! I didn't even have the package open and I could smell that distinct aroma that is utterly lavender!! And it can be used in several different ways . This oil is good quality and you don't need very much to lightly or heavily scent something. A great product at a fabulous price! You can use this so many ways I sometime like to use it with Virgin coconut oil or Shea Butter just to give it a nice relaxing smell with a nice moisturizer! , You can use it in some many DIY products, I have made rice heat sacks with this Lavender Oil, Turned out nice and has a nice relaxing aroma to them!! Paper is stuck on, you must soak with a bit of water to remove it. Ok, Once your board is clean!!! and completely dry, you can condition it. Conditioning the wood will help preserve it and prevent it from drying out and cracking. It’s easy peasy to do with just a few simple steps: Take some Virgin coconut oil or Virgin Olive Oil, Those are my two choices of Oils to use! and just start rubbing it into the wood. Depending on the size of your cutting board you may need anywhere from a teaspoon to a tablespoon. After the board has been completely coated with Virgin coconut oil etc, let the board sit for a few hours or even overnight. If the wood is really dry, it will soak up the oil very quickly!! Wipe the excess oil off with a soft cloth and re-apply as needed. I would personally say to oil your board at least once a week!!  Now these Bamboo Boards are a nice size to work with!!
