My opinion everyone should take a probiotic everyday!! as you might be able to tell, I am really into posting about healthy living benefits for a healthy lifestyle!! I think it is very important so many people suffer from Tummy aches, Diarrhea, Gas, Bloating, Constipation, IBS, Diverticulitis, Pancreatitis etc. When your system is to weak to find off a common cold or you seem to get sick a lot, or have moody disorder, By taking a Probiotic can help relieve those annoying systems and much more!! I Personally like a Probiotic that I only have to take once a day!! To me this is a nice starting Welding Soldering Iron, with a good range for heating element. This Welding iron comes with 5 different size tips, for a variety of uses!! It is very helpful for those small items that need Soldering done!! I mean if you are going to make it a everyday use for a job!! You might want a better Soldering Tool, but as far the way this one works!! It works good for my needs. The only thing I would change on this Welding Soldering Iron Product. Would be that little dial for temperature changes. And it have No On and Off Switch, You must unplug the Soldering Iron.. It very small and it is hard to get it to stay at the temperature you set it at on that dial. I found this techno Gadget Grab holder to be very durable and holds your techno gadgets with good suction. as well as small and easy to take with you anywhere!! I found this to be very useful for many reason. But my biggest reason was to hold my iPad  when I am reading recipes for making yummy foods! Looking for that amazing tool to fix some small problems around the house!! I think this is a fine tool for those quick fixes. Recipe easy peasy healthy granola bars: Quick Oats. 2 Cups Raw honey Raisins Dried cranberries Walnuts Chia seeds  Grind plain Almonds Peanut butter Virgin Coconut oil Pure vanilla extract  Recipe goes like this!! I heat up on the stove top. Raw Honey!! Pure vanilla extract!! Peanut butter!! Virgin coconut Oil!! Those are the ingredients that get slightly heated up. I don't really measure I just throw in the sauce pan. You can judge how much you need. For whatever size pan you use. I just use a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.  And for the Granola I start adding a handful of walnuts!! Raisin!! Dried cranberries!! Chia Seeds!! Almonds!! Sometimes I change up the ingredients!! Then I mix all the ingredients together. And press down into your pan. Quick Tip- I use parchment paper to press down the granola with. Finishing Touch YES first thing you will do is to charge the unit for about 2.5 hours. You must use this on clean dry skin only!!
