lets break this down!! first I want to say upfront I feel this is a good starter Skin Care System, I like the fact it comes with a Large body brush and a Pumice Stone,and having two face brushes for sensitive and one for normal skin is always a big plus in any skin care system!!
Its water resistant making that a huge plus. I however do wish it came in a carry along bag for traveling proposes that would have been great to have a place to store it.
Very easy to set up it comes packaged with everything you need to get started!! batteries included you just need to use a coin to open the bottom to insert the batteries easy peasy!!! 

OK basic on and off switch to change the brush head it very simple!! Everything is self explanatory this toilettree Professional Skin Care System  idea of having this to use with batteries is a plus for many reason, but having batteries does not make this the strongest Skin Care System. 

But I am firm believer that exfoliating the skin is very necessary to have smooth beautiful soft skin, and I think this water-resistant-professional-skin-care-face-and-body-brush-system-by-toilettree-products does just that!! it helps improve your natural glow to your delicate skin. So I highly recommend this system.
