Well this Under Armour Performance Mouthwear I think works fabulous, its very easy peasy to have it form to your mouth!!! you know how you get those plastic bites in the stores? These armourbite-mouthguard what you do when you first get it is boil and bite that's it. the hot water and biting down molds it to your mouth!! gives you more energy and you stronger faster better at whatever you are doing, keeps you from stressing out your jaws and teeth!! and we know less stress makes you perform so much better!!
