I used this over the weekend for a night party it worked amazingly well, The light is bright enough to see what you are cooking, And it has a sensitive to touch on and off button love that!! One thing for sure is this is one powerful light with 10 led lights you will be amazed how bright it is. It swivels Horizontal and Vertical with no problems to get the areas you need the most light on!!! Quality looks like it would last a long time. Made of heat resistant ABS, If you are unsure what that means please Google it!! I personally will take mine off and use it when we do night cooking!! Because it is so easy to install on the BBQ handle, Tighten the thumb screw and it is secure on the handle the adjustable clamp allow you to tighten where it is needed!! So that is a nice feature on the BBQ Grill Light!! Of course make sure you put it in the right area that you still can close your lid with no interference!! Plus it comes with batteries included not sure how long the batteries will last. But hey they worked fine for our BBQ Party and still working!! You will have to remove the tiny screw on the back to add the batteries!! I also recommend when not in use to remove the batteries it keep it from getting yucky battery leakage!! Like any gadgets that require batteries it is always good to remove them when not using for a few months etc. We have a stainless steel BBQ and this mounted easy and securely on the BBQ, It did not scratch my stainless steel, It has a small pad on the device to keep it from doing that. I personally recommend this product for all your summer night time BBQ!!
