OK I have done many teeth whitening kits before, I found this one to work the best if you go about it slowly and make sure you clean your teeth first, Here are the  instructions The one thing I personally didn't care for was that tiny brush to apply on your teeth it works great for between the teeth!! I personally think there could be a better brush system, But hey it might work great for some!! But the whole process of using Dr Song Teeth Whitening Kit was very easy peasy. I liked that you can buy special gel if you have sensitive teeth. Overall I was pretty impressed how great my teeth looked after using it a week!! Overall I think Dr Song teeth whitening kit worked very well, I would not use it if you have braces though!! I know many have asked me that question about using teeth whitening on braces I would say not a good idea!!
