It is Light weight and small, Does comes with a nice carrying pouch and some extra batteries!! Nice plus to have extra batteries!!  No tools needed to change batteries!! 
I found the switch easy to operate, Its fit is nice and Secure and the light really covers the whole page!! The LED reading light is great. After all that is the whole purpose of it is to be able to read in bed with the lights off it takes lithium ion batteries, That are included along with the nice Velvet carry pouch. I found it to be just the right amount of light, that will not disturb anyone while you are reading at night.
