This particular one is their original-fiberfill-pillow standard size pillow. Meaning a regular or queen size pillow case will fit this pillow.
It did take a bit of trial and error to find the right water fill level for your comfort level, first it was too soft, then too firm, finally, we got it just Right, We slept on it for a while.
it does seems well made and the water chamber was easy to fill and empty, There was no leaks what so ever.
I know everyone is different about the comfy level of their pillows, and of course one pillow can’t fit every one's specific needs.
Like any other pillows. In our opinion it takes time to get the right pillow broke in for a comfy night sleep. Like any other pillow, you won’t know if you like it... until you actually try it.
Trust me pillows are not that easy to find the right ones. It does take time to break in the right pillows in my opinion.
Does it pass a test for comfort, yes, but I like my pillows to have a Memory Foam, or down in them, My whole mattress is memory foam. I just like how well it holds up and feels.. having said that, Now if you are use to a fiber pillow, then you will love this original pillow. It is keeper for those who love fiber filled pillows. everything comes in the bag, water fillers, caps, plastic zip pillow bag, delivered in the Plastic bag etc.
