Ok, who has ever had a bad bruise that took forever to heal? I know I get them a lot! I also have a very rare blood disease that I bruise very easy!! 

So I personally found these patches to work for that. 

Sometimes the other patches on the market for muscle aches and joint pain… Contain aspirin in them. That I can’t have…. Arnica is what I use for my bad bruising. So I was happy how easy peasy this product is to use. Good amount of stretch to the clothes. And very convenient to have on hand!
