Omg!! Never going back to paper liners!! And with these you save money and so easy peasy to use!! I freaking love how great they work. I don't know why I never tried these before. These silicone baking cups are an must have for any baker!! Just think of all the goodies you can make with these. And to top it off they are dishwasher safe, oven safe up to 450 degrees and Microwave safe and the best freezer safe!! You don't get that with paper liners. Right?? I highly recommend these. So these will make a huge hit and my girls love baking win win!! and easy to clean right vivid colors.. And would look good on a display stand for any party or gathering! Here my recipe
Apple Cinnamon muffins
Yields: 12 regular sized muffins
Ingredients:
Muffin batter:
1 cup of Bisquick
1 cup of milk
4 eggs
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp of Red Apple Balsamic
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp (oil)
1-2 tbsp of milk (as needed)
Directions:
In a medium sized bowl mix Bisquick, milk, eggs, and (oil). After thoroughly mixed, mix in the cinnamon and sugar. Pour batterer into greased muffin pans or silicon holders placed on a baking sheet (as seen in picture). Bake at 375° for approx. 30 Min's. Once done, let cool for at least 10 Min's.
After the muffins have cooled you can begin to make the glaze. In a small bowl add powered sugar and (oil). Slowly add in the milk while mixing ingredients. When it becomes pourable, pour glaze over muffins. You can cover completely, poke holes and let glaze drain in, drizzle, whatever you'd like! Let glaze solidify and then dig in!
