The Detachable handles are New to us, however, we are adjusting to them very well! I feel the space in the pans are good for let’s say making egg omelette etc! The handles are very easy to snap on and off! We have a Gas stove top! Hoping they wear and hold good, throughout all our cookings! We cook a lot of meals daily! Hope with the proper care the inside and outside will last! I have used pans like these type before! However the inside of the pan after continuous uses fade! Hoping that doesn’t happen with these… Time will tell, however for the money these are a very nice pans. Good quality!
