ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Nathanael-Israel Israel, Ph.D., is the founder of Science180, www.Science180.com, where he helps people navigate difficult questions at the intersection of science and faith. Originally from the Republic of Benin, a French-speaking country on the Gulf of Guinea in West Africa, Israel completed his undergraduate degrees there, before relocating to the United States, where he earned his Ph.D. in Plant, Insect and Microbial Sciences from the University of Missouri. A dual citizen of the Republic of Benin and the U.S., he claims to be the first person in history to scientifically demonstrate the perfect match between science and the Genesis narrative of creation and says he has the math to prove it without taking sides between reason and religion.
He is the author of more than 10 books, including Turbulent Origin of the Universe, Reconciling Science and Creation Accurately, From Science to Bible’s Conclusions, Turbulent Origin of Life, Turbulent Origin of Chemical Particles, How Baby Universe Was Born, and Mathematical Proof of God’s Existence at the Intersection of Science and Faith, among others. He maintains active memberships in multiple scientific associations, including the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the American Chemical Society, the American Physical Society, the American Mathematical Society, and the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers. In 2026, he received recognition for his contributions at the intersection of science, mathematics and faith through two independent awards: Best Scientist at the Intersection of Science and Faith in the United States (Best of Best Review) and Best Scientist Bridging Mathematics and Religion (Evergreen Award).
